The Bozeat Playing Fields Association administered by a small committee and made up of dedicated group of volunteers.  They help with the upkeep and maintenance of the pavilion and the sports field & tennis courts.
The cost of this upkeep is partly funded by income from the Council  collected in the local rates, and also by fund raising activities during the year.  One main activity is the
500+Club.

BOZEAT PLAYING FIELD COMMUNITY OPEN DAY!

SATURDAY 4th September 2010

We will be at the playing field pavilion from 10am - 4pm

to discuss:

BOZEAT BMX TRACK

We have been looking at different design possibilities for a high quality BMX track to accompany the quarter pipe that we already have. Any input, suggestions and feedback would be really appreciated and give us an idea of general interest and support for the project!

BOZEAT PLAYING FIELD PAVILION

We would love the chance to expand on the indoor space at the playing field in order to provide a greater range of activities. We’ll be looking at plans to build a bigger community building with better facilities!

BOZEAT YOUTH CLUB

Charity Goss, would love the opportunity to talk to more of the young people in Bozeat and the surrounding villages about the different activities that will be on offer, suggestions and input from anyone who is interested in coming or helping would be greatly appreciated. We’ve recently secured a grant of just under £5,000 and will have a list of all the amazing equipment we will be providing at the open day!

ALL WELCOME!!

So please, please pop in and see the new projects that we are trying to provide for our community. There is also talk of putting on a Bozeat festival/carnival next summer so keep your ears to the ground for more information.

Hope to see you on the 4th!
